Refund Policy

We stand behind every Puriva product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Fragrance products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons, but any manufacturing defect is fully covered.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
