How Puriva Living processes, dispatches, tracks and delivers orders across serviceable locations.

This policy applies to purchases and use of Puriva Living services.

This Shipping Policy explains how Puriva Living Private Limited ("Puriva Living", "we", "us" or "our") processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through https://www.purivaliving.com, https://checkout.purivaliving.com, Shopify checkout or other official Puriva Living sales channels that link to this Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1.Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable locations in India through courier, logistics, fulfilment and shipping partners. Serviceability may depend on PIN code, courier availability, product type, payment method, weather, regulatory restrictions and operational constraints.

International shipping, if offered, will be subject to separate charges, timelines, customs duties, import rules and destination-country restrictions.

2.Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed after successful payment confirmation and order verification. Standard processing time is typically 1-3 business days, excluding Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays and operational closure days.

During product launches, sale periods, festive seasons, stock updates, high-volume periods or unexpected disruptions, processing may take longer.

3.Dispatch Time

Once an order is packed and handed over to the courier, you may receive a shipping confirmation email, SMS, WhatsApp message or tracking update, depending on the communication channels enabled.

A dispatch notification means the order has left our facility or fulfilment partner; it does not guarantee same-day delivery.

4.Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are generally:

  • Metro and major cities: 3-7 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 5-10 business days
  • Remote or low-serviceability areas: 7-14 business days or more

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments. Delivery may be delayed due to courier capacity, address issues, weather, holidays, strikes, transport disruptions, customer unavailability, security restrictions, natural disasters, regulatory issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, prepaid-order offers, express delivery charges or handling fees may vary based on order value, location, offer, product type or courier partner. Applicable charges will be shown at checkout where possible.

Free shipping offers may be changed, withdrawn or limited at any time.

6.Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or shown on the order status page. You can also access available order information through your customer account where supported.

7.Address And Contact Details

Please provide complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • PIN code
  • City and state
  • Landmark, if required
  • Valid mobile number
  • Email address

Puriva Living is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, return-to-origin or extra charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address/contact details provided by the customer.

8.Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery according to their policies. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect address, or fails to respond to courier calls, the order may be marked failed, delayed or returned to origin.

If delivery fails and the package returns to us, we may offer re-shipping subject to address confirmation and additional shipping charges where applicable.

9.Damaged Package At Delivery

If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered or leaking at delivery, please take photos before opening and contact us at support@purivaliving.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If possible, record an unboxing video. This helps us verify damage claims with courier/logistics partners.

10.Missing Or Delayed Shipment

If tracking shows no movement for several days or the order appears delayed, contact us at support@purivaliving.com. We will coordinate with the courier partner where possible.

Courier investigations may take time. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments may be processed after verification with the courier/logistics partner.

11.Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact support@purivaliving.com within 24 hours of the delivered status with:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number, if available
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number
  • Any communication from courier partner

We will raise the issue with the courier partner. Resolution depends on courier investigation and proof of delivery.

12.Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products, bundles, pre-order items or products from different fulfilment locations may be shipped separately. You may receive separate tracking details for separate shipments.

13.Pre-orders And Backorders

If pre-order or backorder products are introduced, estimated dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page or communicated separately. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to production, supply or logistics reasons.

14.Restricted Products And Locations

Some products may not be shippable to certain locations due to courier restrictions, local rules, fragile nature, product classification or operational constraints. If an order cannot be shipped to your location, we may cancel the order and issue an eligible refund.

15.Cash On Delivery

If Cash on Delivery is introduced, availability may depend on PIN code, order value, fraud checks and courier support. COD orders may require confirmation by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch. We may cancel unconfirmed COD orders.
