Puriva Living is a premium fragrance and freshness brand offering products such as fragrance pouches, activated charcoal deodorizers, camphor freshness products, dhoop sticks, ritual kits, gift sets and related products for homes, cars, wardrobes, workspaces, pooja spaces and everyday living.

The website frontend may be operated through custom website technology, while product data, cart, checkout, customer accounts, orders, saved addresses, payments and related e-commerce functions may be powered by Shopify and third-party service providers. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or other payment providers made available at checkout.

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of another person, company or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You may be able to create or access a customer account through Shopify customer accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account access, email, OTP, login method and device. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We are not responsible for loss caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account, email, phone, OTP, login credentials or device.

We try to display product names, descriptions, prices, images, packaging, ingredients, quantities, availability, usage information and other content accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, packaging updates, batch variations, supplier changes, typographical errors or website display limitations.

Product descriptions are provided for general information and shopping guidance. They are not medical, therapeutic, legal, religious or professional advice. Unless expressly stated and legally supported, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You agree to use all products responsibly and according to product labels, instructions and common safety practices. For dhoop sticks, incense, camphor-related products or any product involving fragrance, heat, smoke or flame, you must:

• Use only in a safe and ventilated area.
• Keep away from children, pets, curtains, paper, fabrics and flammable materials.
• Use a heat-safe holder or surface where applicable.
• Never leave burning products unattended.
• Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort or sensitivity occurs.

Fragrance preference and intensity are subjective. The same product may smell different depending on space size, temperature, airflow, humidity and personal sensitivity.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject an order at our discretion, including due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, address issues, serviceability limitations, or violation of these Terms.

An order is confirmed only when it is accepted by us and payment is successfully processed or otherwise approved according to the available payment method.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, product availability, offers, bundles, shipping charges and taxes may change without prior notice. We may correct pricing or product errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for confirmation, cancel the order, or issue a refund as applicable.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay, Shopify-supported providers or other payment methods enabled at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We do not ask for or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password or OTP. Never share sensitive payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Puriva Living.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, serviceability, weather, holidays, address issues, customer unavailability, customs/regulatory checks, strikes, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Some products may not be eligible for return after opening or use because of hygiene, fragrance, safety, consumable nature, tampering risk or product integrity concerns.

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, free shipping and gifts are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. We may modify, suspend or withdraw offers at any time. Discount codes may not be combinable unless expressly stated. Abuse of promotions may result in cancellation of orders or refusal of service.

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, feedback or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Puriva Living a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, edit, translate, distribute and promote such content in connection with our website, product pages, marketing, social media, advertising and business operations.

You represent that your User Content is accurate, based on your genuine experience, does not infringe any third-party rights, does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, spam, hateful or harmful content, and does not include private information of others without permission.

We may moderate, reject, remove, edit formatting, or refuse to publish User Content at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any review or feedback will be published.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with website security, operations or payment systems.
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Scrape, copy or misuse website content without permission.
• Submit false orders, fake reviews or misleading information.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone.
• Circumvent checkout, payment, shipping or account systems.

All content on the Services, including brand name, logo, product names, packaging, designs, graphics, images, text, layouts, icons, videos, website design, look and feel, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Puriva Living and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit or use any content without our prior written permission.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms including Shopify, Razorpay, logistics providers, review tools, analytics providers, WhatsApp, social media platforms and other services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, errors, policies, fees or security practices.

The Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, exact product results, specific fragrance longevity, search ranking, availability, suitability for every user, or that the Services will meet every expectation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puriva Living and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or similar losses arising from your use of the Services or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Puriva Living, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, or User Content submitted by you.

We will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, strikes, courier disruptions, transport delays, government action, war, civil unrest, internet outages, platform outages, payment gateway failures, supply shortages or other force majeure events.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, cancel orders, refuse service, remove content, or restrict account access if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused promotions, submitted false information, or created risk for us, customers or service providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services or your orders.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
